Bishazar Tal
Bishazari tal also called 20 thousand lake is an extensive oxbow lake system inside Chitwan National Park in the terai region of Nepal. The designated Ramsar wetland covers an area of 7,900 acres.
The forested wetland provides excellent habitat for the critically endangered and vulnerable species including Bengal tiger, sloth bear, one-horned rhinoceros, white-rumped vulture, gharial and marsh crocodile.
Sauraha
